Richland County is thrilled to invite you to our Indoor Trick-or-Treating Event on Thursday, October 23 from 4:00–7:00 p.m. at the Law Enforcement Center (LEC), 413 3rd Ave N, Wahpeton, ND. Come enjoy: ?? Sweet treats and goodies ?? Crafts and activities ????? Costumes encouraged for all ages! This free, family-friendly event is held indoors to ensure a safe and cozy celebration for everyone. Bring your friends, dress up, and join us for an evening of festive fun!
