Welcome to the world of Kids Yoga, where fun poses meet the incredible benefits of mindfulness in a way that's engaging for children of all ages. We have two sessions available: one for ages 4-7 at 9 AM and another for ages 8-12 at 11 AM. Remember, a parent must accompany their child on the mat, so come ready to stretch and have fun together! Purchase ONE $30 session for the both of you! (Class passes will not be valid on this class)
