the Humane Society of Richland - Wilkin Counties (HSRWC) will be holding a fundraiser at Tractor Supply here in Wahpeton on 3-9-24 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The Easter Bunny will be there to take photos with children and pets. Free will donation.
